The design hotels are created to provide an inviting living environment and counteract standard unwelcoming hotel appearances.

Fentonir currently holds several operating companies which operate several hotels owned by the Group. In case suitable operators to fulfill the necessary criteria are not available Fentonir has the ability and knowledge to step in and run the hotel operation. The Group keeps close contact and monitors the performance of each operator in order to secure the execution of the business plan.
